You can enter any amount of money you want. 5$, 10$, ten cents*, 2000$... (More than 2000$ will make paypal angry. You don't want to make paypal angry... But I doubt this will be a problem, really...)
*Actually I think if you send less than 50 cents or so paypal will take it all in fees. So that's probably not a great idea.
